Jamie and Trish have worked with me for over 15 years each. Together we know our policyholders. Our motivation is not based upon policy production and growth. With changes in billing systems and underwriting processes being thrown at us -and our customers - at a rapid pace, we believe it is critical for us to provide consistent service to our policyholders. I began my career as a State Farm agent in 1985. Along the way, I have earned several company awards, none of which mean much to anyone outside of the company. My proudest achievement is the Chrystal Excellence Award, one of the elite awards recognizing consistent customer care while maintaining profit for the company. My activity in community organizations is ongoing and consistent, ranging from Jaycee's, Optimists, Chamber of Commerce, Coalition for the Aging (now Newbridge), donations to a variety of local charities etc...
